Git-1.7.1-preview20100612.exe

Hello,

can anyone recommend or discourage from using the "Contributors-only"
edition Git-1.7.1-preview20100612.exe instead of the "featured"
Git-1.7.0.2-preview20100309.exe?
I would like to use it because it probably fixes
http://code.google.com/p/msysgit/issues/detail?id=433 .
