Plugins for TortiseGit? Looking to push branch to SVN

What if I wanted to push a specific git branch to the svn so I can maintain a branch named 'svn' that I could push when ready?

Here on Windows I don't have a native way to run .sh files, but I'm thinking I can still use my TortiseGit client to create a plugin that can use them.
