TortoiseGitProc.exe /command:repostatus always check full repository

Hi,

I'm using the latest TortoiseGit 2.12, and also 2.12.1.0.

When using the commnad-line tool TortoiseGitProc.exe with the following:

    TortoiseGitProc.exe /command:repostatus /path:<windows_path>

It turns out TortoiseGitProc.exe is checking the full repository status instead of assigned path.

The Windows-Git version is as below, and its 'git status <path>' will check on <path> as expected.

>git --version
git version 2.32.0.windows.2

Please help to check if there is something wrong?
