Hi there,

today I installed Windows 10 creators update on my machine and afterwards some dialogs such as 'commit' or 'check modifications' didn't finish looking for files (waiting cursor, 'please wait...' message, had it run for multiple hours). My repository is local without any remotes. The fun part is that on some of my repositories it worked perfectly fine while on (multiple) others, the same problem occurred. I tried rolling back the last Windows update: everything back to fine.
Anyone experiencing these problems as well? Do I have to adjust some windows settings (firewall comes to mind, however I tried disabling it without any success)?

Thanks

This could possibly be issue #2985 (https://tortoisegit.org/issue/2985).

A fix for this is in our latest preview release
(https://download.tortoisegit.org/tgit/previews/).
