Suggestion - refresh in Resolve GUI

Hi

The resolve conflict window (the list of files with conflicts) would really use a refresh button. 

It is really annoying when I am rebasing and after every --continue I have to close the window and through context menus open it again to get the new conflicts - many times in a row.

just press F5.

Still - good it has a solution, but not a UX good enough solution.
