download.avi sources?

Does anyone know where the sources are for src/Resources/download.avi? Or background re: how this file was created?
This is a very old (2008?) video that looks awful in Dark Mode. It doesn't appear anywhere in TortoiseSVN.
If I could figure out how to update this video to support Dark Mode, it would make for a nicer user interface.
