Stashing issue with TortoiseGit ?

I had a project with 2 x entries in the stash list. Let's call them
"Stash-A" (the earlier one) and "Stash-B" (the later one). I needed to
restore Stash-A but without restoring Stash-B. So rather than using
Stash Pop, I opened my stash list and used Stash Apply. This re-applied
Stash-A but without removing it from the list.

Next, I made some changes to the code and wanted to re-stash
everything. So I deleted Stash-A from the list and saved a new stash
with the same name - but when I go to the stash list, only Stash-B is
showing. All my work from Stash-A is now gone!! I'm just wondering if
this is a known issue with TortoiseGit?

Apologies for the noise... I just discovered I accidentally committed
it instead of stashing it.! :-(
