error in DIFFPREP mac

Hello,

I'm getting the attached error after a few hours running "apply" in DIFFPREP, TORTOISE v2.5.2. I'm using the default options after loading GE DICOM data, and aligning it to a T2 structural scan. After I click OK in the error message, the whole program crashes and I get this in the terminal:
