How to avoid time out while running DIFF_PREP on biowulf?

Hello, 

 

I am writing regarding issues I am having with trying to run DIFF_PREP.

I would love to have your input.

Here some general information: 

• Version: I am using version 2.0.1. 

(We are doing longitudinal analysis and most of our data have already being processed with this version). 

• Hard drive: I am using biowulf. 
• Connection to biowulf: I have tried both “ssh –X ” and “ssh –Y”
• sinteractive: I have tried several approaches, currently I have been running the following 

 “sinteractive --constraint=x2650 --ntasks=16 --ntasks-per-core=1 --time=1440:00”

• I have tried running different subjects. 
• Error message: DIFF_PREP has not been able to run to the end. I always got the following error message:
  

“packet_write_wait: Connection to 128.231.2.9 port 22: Broken pipe”.

 

Could I please ask for your input on how to successfully run DIFF_PREP (version 2.0.1) on biowulf?
