Hello,

I'm trying to use the new command-line version of RESTORE, and I'm getting an error message that I'm not sure how to fix.  I don't think the folder TORTOISE_V3.1.4/external_libraries exists, but I do have fsl (and bet) already installed.

l=TAU_002; EstimateTensorNLLSRESTORE -i `pwd`/$l.dki_proc/$l.dki_DMC.list -m `pwd`/$l.dki_proc/m.$l.dki_DMC.nii

sh: /Applications/TORTOISE_V3.1.4/DIFFCALC/DIFFCALCV314/../../external_libraries/bet/Darwin/bet2: No such file or directory

libc++abi.dylib: terminating with uncaught exception of type itk::ImageFileReaderException: /Users/irfanogo_local/Desktop/UK_trip_data_software_code/code/libraries/InsightToolkit-4.13.0/Modules/IO/ImageBase/include/itkImageFileReader.hxx:143:

 Could not create IO object for reading file /Volumes/data/Meghan/ALERT/DTI/TORTOISE_preproc/DKI/TAU_002.dki_proc/temp_0_mask.nii

The file doesn't exist.

Filename = /Volumes/data/Meghan/ALERT/DTI/TORTOISE_preproc/DKI/TAU_002.dki_proc/temp_0_mask.nii

Abort trap: 6

I'm running on a Mac with OS 10.13.6.  It may not matter, but when I first installed it, I was getting errors about it not being able to find the libc++.1.dylib library (or something like that). I had to create the folder where it was looking and copy the library there, and then things seemed to be working.  This is the first time I've tried to run EstimateTensorNLLSRESTORE.

Thanks for your help,

-Meghan
