DIFFPREP compatibility with older versions

Hello,

I'm planning on re-running DIFFPREP in TORTOISE 3.1.1 for about 1000 scans. Those scans were first ran using TORTOISE 2.0.1, and I'd like to keep the DIFFPREP results as similar as possible.

Did the algorithms underlying DIFFPREP change much between those versions? What options should I use in 3.1.1 to best match the results in 2.0.1?

The goal behind this is to use FATCAT, and I'd really prefer not to use the diffcalc GUI to export every single scan to AFNI. If I can have the DMC results from 3.1.1 close to 2.0.1, then I imagine not much QC would need to be re-done for that step. Or maybe you have other suggestions on how to proceed?
