Corrupted File Output

After I successfully completed the diffprep processing, I tried to run dr_buddi. While I do receive an output message saying that dr_buddi has successfully finished running, I end up with a incomplete file. The entire image does not show up and when trying to run diffcalc, it says the file is corrupted. I've tried to use both GUI and command line with the most updated version of Tortoise.
