I’m running into a problem when I run DIFFCALC. My goal is to use iRESTORE to see if we can clean up some data from one of our imaging center users (I think it has a vibration artifact? Not sure, still pretty new to DTI) so I’ve been running a few datasets that were acquired with different protocols and they all seem to run into issues in DIFFCALC.
As far as I can tell, I’m following the TORTOISE documentation I got from the bootcamp in March. But, when I get to DIFFCALC and try to load a .list file, it tells me that it’s corrupt. If I load tensors and then load the .list from that, it works (in that, I can do things like export to AFNI or TRACKVIS), but I don’t think the iRESTORE process is actually running.
My error message (in the terminal window where I’ve run ./calcvm) is something like:
Please open list file Ramiro_DMC_N1_DT_L0.list and click restore
% XMANAGER: Caught unexpected error from client application. Message follows...
% Variable is undefined: RAW_FILENAME (INPUTSHARE).
% Execution halted at: MASK_BET_NORAW3 46

% XMANAGER_EVLOOP_STANDARD 478
% XMANAGER 710
% DDTI 916
% DIFFCALC 111
% IDLRTMAIN 170
% $MAIN$
I keep trying different things, and I get messages similar to this, but exactly, depending on if I’m trying to mask or process tensors, etc, etc. Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance for your help!!
