Suggestions on how to proceed without a T2

Hi,

I'm working on creating a connectome using diffusion data. I successfully processed one participant using TORTOISE and was pleased with the results. However, I just discovered that not all my participants have a T2 scan available. How can I successfully use TORTOISE without this scan? 

I have several other structural scans that may be helpful in processing. I could use the UNI MPRAGE. (The UNI version of the mprage results of some scanner calculations for bias correction and contrast improvement of the INV1 and INV2 images (which are intermediate images)). However, the background is noisy because of these calculations so it would need some adjustment to continue processing as well. 

Suggestions on how to proceed without the T2 are welcome! Below a list of structural images that I could use:
