Flipped FA map

Hello! Using Trackvis with the output I got from DIFF_CALC I found that my FA image is inverted on the x axis, which makes it mirrored against my tractography. I do not know how to flip it back to the correct direction. Is this a DIFF_CALC issue or more likely a Trackvis one?

Trackvis has a weird orientation convention.

You have to only use the images in the TRACKVIS_SAVE folder. They are the only ones that have compatible orientation with Trackvis.

In that folder, there is a file called xxx_dwi.nii

That is actually FA. You should load that one into Trackvis..
