Synopsis
How do you get a fully fledged wiki up and running in 16 weeks in a fast-paced crisis communications firm where time for non-billable work is limited and the fundamental concept of a wiki is completely foreign to nearly all involved?
Daniel Lee and Joseph Lavoie of Navigator Ltd. will outline how they did it by sharing their project plan. They will also discuss the challenges they currently face and their future plans for moving the wiki to the enterprise-wide level.
