My home has been divided and I’m looking for a roommate.. 

This private space is in its final stages of preparation and I would really like to have a roommate for July, if possible, however the fit is more important than the occupancy date. 

The unit has a private yard, entrance, sitting room and bedroom. 

Currently furnished with double captains bed, desk/bookcase, wardrobe, sofa and ratan settee and end tables if required.

The kitchen, bathroom, dining room and laundry room are shared. 

I hope to add a private kitchen and bathroom to the rental space down the road. 

Quiet, Non smoker preferred. If someone wants a short term tenancy, that can work too. The unit it currently furnished with a double bed, desk/bookcase, wardrobe, sofa and ratan settee and end tables.

Please send serious inquiries my way. 

I have had the good fortune to consult members of the island committee to create more rental space in the process.
