[torontoisland] Weekend island rental or swap for our west end apartment

Hello Island community,

We are a family of four - two adults, a five-year-old and a 1.5 year old - interested in spending a weekend on the Island in the spring, summer or early fall. We haven't been since my eldest was born as it always seemed like a lot of effort to go just for the day with young children. We'd love to have plenty of time to enjoy everything the Island has to offer and have some uninterrupted time together as a family.

I looked at the rental properties on http://torontoisland.org and nothing seemed like it would quite meet our needs with the kids (although we can bring a camping mat and a pack n play for them to sleep on). So I'm reaching out here to see if anyone rents a family-friendly property or if you would be interested in swapping for our 3-bedroom apartment in the west end of Toronto for 2-3 nights on a weekend May-September.

I have Island references. I used to work for a Ward's islander and my husband and I house and dog sat for a few days on Ward's years ago as well.
