I just heard from Nick at the Mountain Go Club about prizes.  He says:

We have 2 Pro lessons and 3 1-Month Insei League Memberships (Regulary $95/each) http://insei-league.com/
In addition to the stack of Go books we have. 

Looks like it'll be a great tournament!
