porn spam deleted; new member message moderation change

the porn spam that came through this group has been deleted, and the
"member" who joined has been removed.

as a result, i've refined the member moderation for new members and
that membership now needs to be approved.

meanwhile, we're love it if there were some non porn spam discussions
happening here. [ nudge, nudge ]
