I have taking clones from a plant that was blooming. I did it 5 weeks
ago. It took for ever for the clone to make roots. And after it
rooted it still bloomed. It is just now getting back to veg. I also
noticed that this stressed the plant big time. ( fan leaves with only
1 leaf ). I am hoping as the plant gets bigger this has less of an
impact. But for now, since it started to veg again, everything is
looking better b y the day.

So my advice is if you wish to clone a plant the is blooming make sure
you are not in a hurry. I will take atleast 6 weeks for the clone to
even start vegging then it is the natural vegging process. I only did
it because I liked the plant durning the bloom and decided I wanted to
keep it.

Hope this helps.
