well DeezNuts, i have looked at the pictures, and i think its nutrient
lock with perhaps a few nutrient burns on the lower leaves, i could be
wrong. i wouldn't kill them if i were you, have you tried to flush
them with a bit of nutrients? It might also be phosphorus (P)
deficiency, also if your temperatures are too cold this may cause the
plant to lock up phosphorus as well. im not too sure what to do, are
some of the leaves rotting? is the plant growing too slowly?

good luck!!

My guess is overfeeding. It's so hard to diagnose from pics ... I
would not throw them out. You may get different opinions on this, but
I would only use plain water until at least a week after obvious signs
of recovery, then, very low levels of nutrients for another 2 weeks.
Of course, if the problem is not overfeeding then this won't work. If
you don't want to use plain water, just add a VERY VERY small amount
of nutes - just a pinch. That will be enough so that the plant knows
they are there (and it takes very little) but not enough to cause any
more damage. 'Plain' water isn't going to hurt anything so it's worth
a try. I don't know what else you can do. Maybe you'll get more
ideas. Hope things recover for you.

Well... some of the leafs are crispy and some have dark spots... they
have been given plain water for a week... if i remember correcty the
leafs got dark green before this problem occured...the plant was
looked very healthy at one point... and now the leafs are yellowing...
i know typically yellowing means not enough nitrogen... the symptoms
went as follows: from dark green leafs to yellowing leafs... to
crispy... allow me to give further facts to help the diagnosis.. to
begin with i am not a beginer... i use dnf a+b... the temp is between
76-83... depending on the temp outside... although such fluctuations
are not favorable to the plant, it should not cause damage such as
this... in addition i gave 75% nutrient the first feeding, plain water
the second feeding, and then 90% nutrients the second feeding and then
the problem started... i have fed plain water ever since...
furthermore, some stems have turned purple which indicates over
watering... the plants are growing under a 1000w light, thus nutrients
uptake and water usage should be aggressive... the plant itself is a
sativa dominanat strain (i dont know what the strain is though).. and
the bottom picture is a Jack Herer grown from seed...

What is nutrient lock and can it occur from the scenerio i described?
How much time should recovery take? its been over a week already...
the old damaged leafs will not cure... will it just grow new leafs? in
that case i will have a huge plant... this strain (being sativa
dominant) grows for the first 3-4 weeks of bloom... typically this
plant will triple in size or more if not propery grown...

Any feedback is appreciated. This is very frustrating for me as I a
medical user. In conclusion, my goal is to determine the cause of the
problem and weigh my options... is it worthwhile for me to continue
recovery... or should the plants be destroyed and start over with
healthy clones???

I argue that if the plant does not recover 100%, then the flowering
phase will be increased... yeild decreased... (not to mention having
to look at an unhealthy plant for 2 motnhs... it breaks my heart...and
then angers me...then i smoke and I feel better :-))
