Hello,

We are accepting applications for the position of Farm Park Coordinator at Black Creek Community Farm. The deadline to apply is Monday, February 6 at 9 am. Please share widely!
 
The Farm Park Coordinator will coordinate programming and activities that engage community members and volunteers in the project of Farm Park stewardship and maintenance. This includes developing and coordinating the implementation of education, training, workshops, volunteer sessions and events related to the maintenance of the program gardens, food forest, trail system, chicken coop, and other natural growing spaces(outside of the market garden). The Farm Park Coordinator will develop new programs, supervise Farm Park staff, placement students and volunteers and engage them in hands-on stewardship of the Farm Park spaces.

🌱 Location(s) of Position: This position's main work location is Black Creek Community Farm, 4929 Jane St, with the ability to work from home with the Program Manager’s prior approval 🌱 Salary: $49,000 annually 🌱 Benefits: Four weeks of paid vacation, 1-2 week paid winter shutdown, 10 paid personal leave days, 20 paid Wellness/Sick Days, 1 paid birthday leave day, all per calendar year; extended health benefits with no waiting period 🌱 Contract Type: Indefinite, full time (37.5 hours per week) 🌱 Deadline to apply: 9 am, Monday, February 6, 2023.
