Seeking one to three  people, ideally graduate students or downtown professionals , to share charming Cabbagetown home with single owner

Reasonable  (and negotiable) rent in exchange for helping with a tropical hibiscus hybridizing project ( watering plants and pollinating flowers)  and some house cleaning and backyard and roof vegetable garden care.

Owner is an easygoing man in his 70s, a serious cyclist and world traveller who will be away several days during the week and   periodically, possibly months at a time

Three  second floor bedrooms and bath with shower and tub available

Shared kitchen, dining and living room as well as basement recreation room

Access to wifi, laundry and lovely garden

Centrally located and walkable to many shops, close to downtown campuses
