We had lots of good food, jams, banana grams (lol!), temporary tattoo zone and tons of lively conversations. Big thanks to our employees of the non-profit this year, Nico and Kwame, for all your hard work. Thank you to the Canadian Centre for Food and Ecology for donating the space to us. Now it's winter, which means many tulip bulbs such as the ones you can see here planted by Ming and Carrie of Cut with Care Flowers await their spring debut. This is generally the time to rest for most farm workers and growers. In my neck of the woods, the snow is about a couple feet high, shy of my knees, this time allows me to bookkeep, grant write, prepare for our non-profits annual general meeting, organize footage for our new online learning course launching in just a couple months and spend about under 3 months indoors before I go out and work in the greenhouse nursery to ramp up the season.   We are excited to share the news about our upcoming online learning course and provide a fun recap on our 2025 projects in our next newsletter.
