Hello Toronto Urban Growers: 

Scadding Court Community Centre (SCCC) is excited to announce that our annual Seedy Saturday event is scheduled for Saturday, March 28. The event will include a vendor and exhibitor space, educational workshops, a seed exchange, and interactive activities for people of all ages. 

Here are the details of Downtown Toronto Seedy Saturday: 

Location: Scadding Court Community Centre, 707 Dundas Street West
Date: Saturday, March 28, 2026
Time: 10 am - 2 pm 
Vendor/Exhibitor Application Deadline: Friday, January 30, 2026

We are inviting local seed companies, gardening businesses, community groups, and non-profit organizations to register as vendors or exhibitors. This is an opportunity to connect with community members who are interested in gardening, composting, and environmental sustainability. SCCC will consider applications from companies, groups and organizations that align with the ethos of Seedy Saturday. Visit the Seeds of Diversity website for more information about what this entails. 

Ways to participate:
  • Sell products and services (e.g., seeds, books, tools, gardening services, etc.)
  • Showcase your mission and projects with an info booth or exhibit
  • Engage attendees with demonstrations or educational materials
