Happy New Year!
A wonderful garden legal victory by Wolf Ruck in Mississaugua to start
the year.

As usual I am not a lawyer, but this is an excellent outcome that may
put most grass and weed bylaws in Ontario at risk of being overturned
including Toronto's. I believe it is above all a win for the Charter of
Rights and Freedoms and a message to municipalities to take the Charter
seriously when drafting and defending bylaws.
