On May 28th, Crooked Farmz | @crookedfarmz and National Farmers Union - Ontario Local 305 | @nfuontario will be hosting a special Spring Soil Soirée event featuring an abridged version of the documentary COMMON GROUND followed by the Canada Council-supported one-woman play by Dale Colleen Hamilton about regenerative agriculture, SHE WON'T COME IN FROM THE FIELDS.

This evening event at Many Hands Urban Farm is meant to bring farmers from Toronto, York and Peel regions together with members of the local community interested in soil health, climate change, and community healing. We are inviting community members in Toronto, York and Peel regions to join NFU-O Local 305 farmers next Wednesday May 28th at Downsview Park Farm for a Spring Soil Soirée! We'll collectively brainstorm actions and watch two impactful performances on regenerative farming: a screening of the documentary Common Ground and Dale Hamilton's one-woman play She Won't Come in From the Fields.

Farmers, growers and eaters are welcome! Snacks will be provided but please feel free to bring your own food. Please bring a folding chair if you are able. This event will take place outdoors and in an unheated barn - dress accordingly! Cost: Free.
