Hi everyone,

Do any of you have Molokhia (Jew Jute, or Egyptian spinach) seeds you can share with me?  

I looked for them online, but they are expensive once the shipping is included.

I tried a dish with Molokhia and lemon chicken at a Syrian restaurant yesterday and now am hooked on this vegetable!

Please let me know if you can help. By the way, I have Caribbean thyme cuttings that you can have for free if you need them.  Mine got very big this year!

Dear Toronto urban growers,

Good morning!  Do any of you know where to buy fresh moringa seeds?  

My neighbor taught me to grow the sprouts and eat them, and he gave me some from Cuba once. I see the moringa seeds in herbal stores, but I'm not sure if they're sproutable.

I'd like to get a bigger package for sprouting.  Any ideas where to get fresh ones?
