Hi All,

Wolf is just across the Etobicoke Creek in Mississaugua. He has an
ongoing legal battle with the City of Mississaugua over his naturalized
garden. Win or lose, the hearing July 2nd could have important
implications on weed control bylaws across Ontario, including Toronto.

Wolf's website: wolfruck.com where he posts his legal filings.

I was at the Brampton Court with Wolf and wrote the following substack
https://f2sg.substack.com/p/2025-07-05-saturday-peaceful-freedom It is
critical of Wolf's legal case but Judicial Review of administrative
action (i.e. mowing) is difficult law that the Supreme Court of Canada
regularly struggles with. Also Mississaugua opened another investigation
against Wolf in late June just before the court hearing to compound the
pressure on Wolf.

I'm especially grateful to the CCF who intervened on behalf of Wolf.
They turned what looked in my non legal opinion like an almost certain
loss into a possible win or draw that doesn't erode Bell v Toronto and
Counter v. Toronto.

thanks,
Greg
