Hi! I am interested in this project: Add the pause mechanism to the gdbsub
for OSPP. The whole concept of ToroKernel really intrigues me. I would appreciate some further information about the project:

1. Though I have experience in Linux virtualization, I have never actually worked on a serious Pascal project before. Will this disqualify me from applying the project? ( Of course I can learn it on the way :D )

2. Are there any other requirements(aside from basic information) I need to fill in/provide in my proposal/CV?

Thanks in advance!

Best regards,
Yun (Allo Dino)

No, it won't. I think having a basic knowledge of Freepascal helps but I also think that you can learn it. Pascal is very similar to C. For example, you can give a look at the following document https://github.com/torokernel/torokernel/wiki/Writing-Drivers-In-Freepascal

For this project, it could be nice to know if you have experience in these areas:
- the GDB serial protocol
- virtio-console
- basic knowledge in operating system development, e.g., interruptions

Please, let me know if you need any other information.

Regards, Matias.
