pypi package?

Hello there,

I've been using this package for a while and I've found it really
useful; thanks.

While the jsonrpclib package is on pypi, the tornadorpc package is
not, making it harder for me to distribute the server part of my
package. Are there any plans to submit a package to pypi for
tornadorpc?
