Firstly let us know what has been achieved against the planned activities.
Why did the admin not follow the 10 year strategic plan?
What has been the value achieved or lost after deviation from agreed strategy.
Why do we dump unqualified , highly paid staff to execute out goals?
What has been the findings , action and results at interim reviews over the past 10 years.
How much of our resources have been allocated to development needs as opposed to non development needs like hiring casual Cricketers to destroy the little progress achieved by the adoption of the last 20 year development plan.
What are the ICC score card preferables?
Numbers of bush kids or foundation in quality schools that will drive the nation tomorrow.
There are over 1750 primary and 1200 secondary schools with a catchment of over 6,000,000 young , 6 to 20 years old students , in the Central districts ( Kampala, Wakiso ,Mukono ) yet no visible targets to interested well to do establishments in the game of cricket, yet we talk of endless dumping of resources in Kasese, Arua, Lira, Gulu, Mbale, Soroti where not a single cricketers has been identified in the last 10 years.
What support has been granted to indiginous founder cricket clubs to champion the development that has failed the administration?
What progress reports have the regional development officers generated to guide the next course of action?
Do we have an equipment, facilities, grounds maintenance plan and what has been achieved against planned ?
Do we have an own evaluation of the performance of the executives strategies? Review Sebaale, Mwami and Badu performances along side the 10 year plan 2009-2019.
We have spent about $6,000,000 over that 10 year period, state the out put and tangeable results compares to the previous 10 years 1999- 2008 when the Association spent $400,000.

At a workshop of this nature the Secretariat together with the current administration must come out with answers and a vision for the comming 10 years for discussion, review plus a well thought out financial plan.

We have brilliant young men on the team (Kavuma, Adonia, Lokahni, Musaali) who have a vision for the next generation , investment strategy . Why not have them draw up a workable strategy that will see Uganda move towards playing at the 2023 cricket world cup?
