Pictures on your site, and on site you are referencing for the price
comparison are absolutely identical.

Upright Grand Piano for Sale - a rare opportunity!
Nordheimer upright grand, a good quality school piano. The action has just
been professionally restored by the TDSB's piano tuner and repairman, Ron
Clark, and the case has been refinished in black satin by the shop teacher
(me).
It's like getting a new piano for a second-hand price, about 1/3rd of the
cost of a new one of this model and size.
No bench - you will want a piano stool with adjustable height, anyway.
Priced to move quickly at only $2500 in spite of the recent work
Buyer arranges piano moving, but we can recommend a mover if you like.
Private sale, no tax.

Email "sgilx at rogers.com" or phone .....

To compare, see this piano, same model, advertised at
http://www.concertpitchpiano.com/PianosForSaleClients_Skorochod_Nordheim.html for more than twice the price.
