Wealth creation can take many forms, but participation in capital markets is and will continue to be a critical wealth generation path. The gap in investing by women of color contributes to a profound wealth gap. To learn more about the financial and investment needs, wants, and aspirations of LMI working women and identify opportunities for them to build wealth through investing in capital markets (outside of retirement plans), we partnered with Logica Research. This report summarizes our findings from that survey of 1,500 LMI working women earning between $30,000 and $80,000 annually with a particular focus on Black and Latinx women.

To advance financial security and opportunity for all, we collaborate with employers, financial services firms, recordkeepers, payroll and other workplace solutions providers, fintechs, and policymakers.

The Roadmap for the Future of Impact Investing: Reshaping Financial Markets presents a vision for more inclusive and sustainable financial markets and articulates a plan for impact investing to lead progress toward this future. Specifically, the Roadmap details six categories of action to drive progress toward the vision. For each category, the Roadmap describes specific actions needed, which stakeholders should lead on these actions, and a timeframe. Enacting the plan will require collective action by leaders from the entire impact investing ecosystem.

The Roadmap was developed with the input of more than 350 individuals operating in the impact investing ecosystem around the world as well as from extensive desk research into progress in the field to date. The Roadmap was produced in consultation with The Monitor Institute by Deloitte and with generous support from The Rockefeller Foundation.

Learn more about this unabashedly ambitious vision as well as the actions the impact investing community needs to take on to exponentially enhance the scale and effectiveness of impact investing, and to accelerate progress towards this shared vision. Visit roadmap.thegiin.org >

Carefully consider the investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses of Roundhill ETFs before investing. This and other information about each fund is contained in the Prospectus. Please read the prospectus carefully before investing as it explains the risks associated with investing in the ETFs.

These include risks related to investments in small and mid-capitalization companies, which may be more volatile and less liquid due to limited resources or product lines and more sensitive to economic factors. Funds investments may be non-diversified, meaning its assets may be concentrated in fewer individual holdings than a diversified fund and, therefore, more exposed to individual stock volatility than diversified funds. Investments in foreign securities involves social and political instability, market illiquidity, exchange-rate fluctuation, high volatility and limited regulation risks. Emerging markets involve different and greater risks, as they are smaller, less liquid and more volatile than more develop countries. Depositary Receipts involve risks similar to those associated with investments in foreign securities, but may not provide a return that corresponds precisely with that of the underlying shares. All investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Please see the prospectus for specific risks related to each fund.

Over the past decade, a quiet revolution has been taking place in the world of investment; now, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) investing is going mainstream. At the end of 2016 around a quarter of all professionally managed assets were under ESG investment strategies and our research suggests that figure is only going to grow.

Where financiers are not being compelled into action, they are being pushed. Those same institutional investors are mandating greater disclosure on ESG issues or getting active via shareholder resolutions; some are starting to divest from controversial sectors such as tobacco, weaponry and coal. Regulators in France (and soon across the EU) require corporations and financial institutions to report on their ESG performance; in the US, companies are increasingly reckoning with climate-related litigation.

There is also much upside. Data on investments and index performance show that taking account of ESG information can actually boost returns and reduce volatility; our survey respondents and investors we spoke with agree that integrating ESG information can improve the risk-return profile of investments, providing a "new set of eyes" for investors.
