Well Ive been meaning to do this for almost 2 wks now but keep forgetting to.

Ill try and keep this short and for some of you that know me, thats pretty difficult.

 

I spoke with Jacob, Bobs younger son almost 2 wks ago as they were leaving the neurologists office and getting for the first time a real time assessment as a family on Bobs conditions so they will know what to expect and where to go from here.

 

Im am very please to report that the news was all good and they were in high spirits as I spoke to them on the phone returning from their visit.  Bobs condition has continued to improve and as I stated in the last email much quicker and even more so miraculously than anyone anticipated.  The short of it is that the expect Bob to make a long but near.... to full recovery.  As you can imagine this will not be a short term recovery as brain injuries never are and to be quite honest anything can happen so Bob is not out of the woods yet. 

Please continue to pray for the Thomas family and, that the Lord will comfort them and minster to them at this time and that he specifically heal Bob from his injuries fully.  There is nothing more powerful than prayer...... especially in numbers. 

 

Jacob wanted me to say personally that he and his family appreciate the outpour of prayers and comforting words that so many have shown them in this time.
