Where can you find iOS developers?

Hi folks -

Hopefully this is on topic for the list -- I'm currently working on
the UX / IA / and UI design for an iOS app idea of mine, and am
looking for an iOS developer who would be interested in collaborating
with me to bring it to market.

Does anyone have an idea of a place I could look to find iOS
developers? They don't have to be local.
