Hi

is it possible to create my own books to add to the android app just
like it can be done for the windows app?
Some suggestions for the android app.
It needs a way to get to the main screen/choose books screen from any
page you are on. Right now you need to either close the app and
restart or hit back and go back through all the pages you have read
until you get to the main screen.
you might want to implement navigation by touching the screen or links
on the page etc. other wise the menu bar must be used which involve an
extra step.
In the chumash is there a way to add the division by aliyot. some
study chumash rashi each day corresponding to the aliya, Rishon on
Sunday etc.

Thanks for a great app that helps limud hatorah.

yes. though you'll need to do some adjustments.
the new file format we use is called .obk, but it really is a zip-archive.
copy some books from your phone to a pc  (go to /sdcard/Orayta/Books) and open them as though they were a zip file. then try to do the same thing you see there to your files, and copy them back to the phone.
