Here's a message from someone who happened to hear us playing at the Bowling Green Farmers Market last week. Jeff is a producer at WBGU-PBS TV. I've worked with him on some WBGU projects in the past so he knows me and recognized me when he saw us playing but his message is about all of us who were performing last Wednesday so I wanted to pass this on to you. I think we had the largest number of people watching us perform of any group that I've seen so far at the Farmers Market. So congrats to everyone who was able to join us that day.

By the way, I just learned last night that the Stones Throw is rescheduling our session so we will NOT have a session this Saturday, October 5 at that venue and instead we hope to have a session there on October 26 but that has not yet been confirmed. I'll let you know later if we are able to arrange that. However, at this time we are still scheduled to perform at Schooner Farm this Saturday 4:00-4:30pm so please join us for that if you can. Contact Sam M. Herrington <smherr...@yahoo.com> if you need directions.

Hi Bob,

I hope you’re doing well.   I’ve been meaning to drop you a note since last Wednesday--I heard you and your group at the Farmers’ Market last week and was very impressed.  While I’m not well-versed in Irish folk music I definitely recognize talented musicians when I hear them.  I look forward to checking out a full performance in the future (was only at the market for a couple of numbers)!

Cheers,
Jeff
