The Three Foundations
"He established the earth upon its foundations, that it not falter forever and ever." (Psalm 104:5) The three foundations upon which the world stands are Torah study, Temple service, and acts of kindness (Avos 1:2). An allusion to this may be found in the numerical equivalent of our verse, 1309, which is the same as the combined numerical equivalent of 'Torah' (611), 'Avodah' (87), and 'Gemilut Chasadim' (611).
