Why is it fake? This guy states that he has no web design experience yet is able to put up a page with a private login area, register a domain and chooses to identify himself as an OPP officer? Legit or hitman bait? You decide.
Also after just ONE visit using the TOR browser, the webhost has now blocked all access to TOR. Why would this occur within 4 hours of the first TOR visit? Did Dominic do this? Course not, the ISP did this. They want your realz IP address.

A blog that claims they have an inside contact with the OPP, that you have nothing to worry about regarding DNA testing. So let me get this right. You killed someone and you decide to register a domain name and host it as a blog and mock the police?

Yes... the Dominic Lalonde OPP officer webpage is hosted on the same server as the "killer's" webpage. Those are the ONLY two websites on that IP.
OPP entrapment at it's best.
