LeverageTek is actively seeking a Voice Support Analyst for a FT permanent role in either Ottawa or Mississauga.

Responsibilities:
■Support the customer's AVAYA telecom platform
■Work closely with Telco service providers
■Perform programming / updates to AVAYA PBX

Requirements:
■Knowledge and experience in the support and operation of Avaya/Nortel communications platforms
■Perform station level programming reviews on Avaya CM, 1000 series
■Proactively analyses, troubleshooting and resolves telecommunications systems and circuit issues in a timely manner
■Work in diverse and complex voice services, in multi-vendor environments
■Knowledge and experience with Avaya Integration Management Suite of tools to monitor and troubleshoot network components or endpoints trunking and voice announcement scripts
■Worked on voice Communications network solutions with Canadian Telco Service providers – Bell, TELUS
■Knowledge of Toll Free Networks and Call Detailed Reporting
