LeverageTek is actively seeking a Change Analyst with a telecom background for a 6 month contract with our GTA based customer.

Responsibilities:
■Processing a large volume of changes in a complex Telecom environment.
■Enable successful and efficient implementation to minimize impact to customers.
■Ensure that Change Management is effectively established and maintained at an appropriate level across the Telecom infrastructure and advise on best practice.
■Ensure that all live changes are guided through the Change Management Process as required and that the stakeholders are kept up to date.
■Carry out trend analysis of unidentified impacts, overruns, incidents and problems caused by change and identification of unmanaged changes

Requirements:
■Demonstrable and successful track record of working within a change management team responsible for processing large change volumes across a complex Telecom infrastructure to challenging service levels and KPIs
■Analyzing and understanding technical changes, and effectively communicating the risk and impact to others to enable common understanding and good decision making
■Clear and demonstrable understanding of change management purpose and methods using ITIL best practices
■Experience of maintaining and managing Change Management tools and processes
■Strong written and verbal communication skills
■Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
■Ability to work with minimal direction to achieve stated goals or assigned tasks
■Foundation certificate in ITIL Service Management plus accreditation in any other ITIL disciplines an advantage
■Sound knowledge and experience of working with other Service Management disciplines
