Hi guys,
Here is a great presentation arguing that we should build for mobile devices first, adapting to large format through progressive enhancement.

The framework I was trying to remember at the Plone meeting is Less Framework 4. (Was version 3 when I found it before.)

Just resize the page from very narrow to very wide.
