KEY EXPERIENCE:

 Solaris,Veritas, Linux

Crtical that they have Solaris, Veritas Suite and Red Hat Linux experience.

Next would be VM Ware, not 100% critical but the VM Ware environment is
growing so it would be a plus.

AIX and Windows are nice to have. Familiarity with Websphere and Apache

would be nice, most of your senior guys are going to have this.

Looking for someone with 6+ yeard solid Unix admin experience
