Fail to install TopShelf using NuGet from VIsual Studio 2012

I get the Error:

Install-Package : Could not install package 'Topshelf 4.0.1'. You are trying to install this package into a project that targets '.NETFramework,Version=v4.5', but the package does not contain any assembly

references or content files that are compatible with that framework. For more information, contact the package author.

What am I doing wrong?

.NET Framework v. 4.5 is unsupported, upgraded to a supported version of .NET.
