What's new in v4 ?

I've search around a bit, but I can't find any release notes about v4.

Anyone know where to find these?

One bug fix (accept empty passwords I think) someone submitted and dropping support for older versions of .NET. I think everything else was around build tools for us. So really, not much.

Hey

v4 is changing but Changelog (https://github.com/Topshelf/Topshelf/blob/develop/CHANGELOG.md) remains as it was in mid 2016.
Do you plan to update it?
