WCF Service has no listener using topshelf

Hi all,

I've recently taken a WCF Windows Service and converted it to use topshelf. Everything runs fine, but no listener is created, so there is no way for clients to connect to it. 

The old installutils method had no problem doing this - is there some sort of Topshelf setting to allow listeners to work?
