Streets with discolored water (could be larger or smaller):	Central Street, High Ridge Road, High Street, Juniper Lane, Morningside Drive, Perkins Row and Valley Road

Streets Flushed:	Boston Street (High Street to South Main Street), Garden Street, Hill Street, and River Road
Streets with discolored water (could be larger or smaller):	Boston Street (High Street to South Main Street), Cross Street, Garden Street, Hill Street (Salem Road to Garden Street), River Road (Salem Road to 15 River Road)
