Position: Project Manager – Must have Pharmaceutical Domain experience

Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite) – Need Local Profile

Duration: 8+ months

 

Description:

 

Role Descriptions: Own and maintain the master program plan across all active security workstreams.

Facilitate regular sprint planning and retrospectives for the agile pod. Prepare and deliver program status updates to leadership.

Track and manage external dependencies with InfoSec and vendors. Plan and coordinate hyper care periods following major program milestones.

 

Essential Skills: PMP| PRINCE2| or equivalent project management certification.

Familiarity with security or IT operations tooling like CrowdStrike or BeyondTrust.

Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry.

Strong meeting facilitation skills.

Ability to build credibility quickly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong command of program planning tools and techniques| including Gantt charts and risk logs.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting to senior leadership.

Experience managing concurrent workstreams with multiple stakeholders.

Familiarity with both agile and traditional delivery approaches.

 

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
